This page is for the upload of video for the Innocence Video Competition.

The video must be Quicktime and not exceed 50mb in size

VIDEO SUBMISSION RULES

1. All videos must be uploaded by midnight on 10th June 2007. No late entries will be accepted.

2. All video submissions must be accompanied with appropriate contact information.

3. Personal information submitted by entrants (other than any that is included in the videos) will only be used for the competition and may only be shared with the promoters for purposes of contacting winners about the competition. No other communication will be initiated using the contact information supplied. Please ensure that your videos do not include any personal information (or metadata) that you do not want to share. However, the winner’s name(s) will be announced alongside their winning entry.

4. Videos may not include any scenes of extreme graphic or sexual content. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any video they deem in poor taste.

5 By entering, the entrant represents that he or she must have created the video submitted, that it is the entrant’s original work and the right to submit it must not be restricted in any way. If the video submitted includes likenesses of third parties or contains elements not owned by the entrant, the entrant must be able to provide legal releases for such use in a satisfactory form.

6. Videos submitted must be previously unexploited (whether by broadcast or otherwise) and must not have been entered in any previous competition or event.

7. The promoters of this competition are One Little Indian Records. Employees of the promoters and their families are not eligible for the competition.

8. All entrants grant permission for the judges to view the video submitted. Save for the winning entry videos submitted will be used for the purposes of the competition only and will not be otherwise used or exploited without the further permission of the entrant.

9. Only one video will be chosen as the winner. However, the judges reserve the right to not award any video the winner if the standard of entry is judged insufficient to merit a winner.

10. Each entrant grants permission for the promoters (and related companies and persons authorised by it and/or them) exclusively to use, modify, promote advertise distribute sell and otherwise exploit their video if such video is the winning entry in perpetuity and in any medium it or they may see fit including, but not limited to, the internet, television, DVD or other physical format and/or printed materials without payment or further reference including without limitation as a Björk promotional video.

11. Entrants accept the decision of the judges as final in all matters and that no further correspondence will be entered into in respect of the judge’s decision.

12. The promoters reserve the right to make changes to these rules as they see fit at any time.
